		Booking Conditions & Cancellation Policy Please take a moment to read our Booking Conditions and Cancellation Policy before proceeding to our Reservation and Enquiry Form. Booking Conditions Once a booking is confirmed with a deposit (or full payment) an information leaflet and map on how to get to Seafarers House will be forwarded. Check in time on arrival is after 2 PM, with check out on the last day by 10 AM. Seafarers House is owned and operated by PENNESHAW RETREATS (owned by John and Anne Hamlyn) and you are asked to read the following conditions of hire and cancellation policy. Your booking must be confirmed within TWENTY FOUR HOURS (24) together with a NON REFUNDABLE deposit equal to the first night's stay, with the balance payable 4 weeks before arrival, or the booking to be confirmed with the full amount if arriving 4 weeks or less at the time of the booking. You, the hirer, must keep the property clean and in good order and will be responsible for any damages during the rental of the property. Your reservation permits the number of persons listed on your booking form (and no-one else) to occupy the property, for holiday purposes only. You, the hirer, agree you will not take pets onto the property. Accommodation Cancellation Policy A cancellation received at any time after the deposit has been received - the cancellation fee is the full value of the first night's accommodation. a) Less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival, the first night or 50% of the total price whichever is the greater. b) Less than 24 hours notice prior to the date of arrival - 75% of total price c) Failure to arrive without notice - 100% of total price d) No refund is provided should the client wish to depart the property earlier than the number of nights prepaid for the property. Neither PENNESHAW RETREATS nor the owners of the property, John or Anne Hamlyn, will be liable for any damages, injury or loss or delay howsoever caused whilst at the accommodation or any related activity. All rental prices quoted at the time of booking are subject to change without prior notice. No responsibility is accepted for any misrepresentation, unforeseen omissions or additional costs incurred in relation to information provided in leaflets, on our web site or on brochures The liability in relation to loss or damage of luggage, compensation for distress, disappointment or loss of enjoyment is limited in total to the price of the accommodation booked.
